Division President – Oregon 

Kelsie has served as the Division President of The Management Trust’s Oregon operations since 2017.  She began her tenure by actively re-boarding employee owners in a way that inspired an enthusiasm to embrace a culturally-driven and hospitality-oriented service. Beginning her career in the association management industry over 13 years ago, Kelsie previously worked as a consultant with local Portland builders, writing association documents based on national best practices, partnering closely with Declarants from conception of a community through turnover to the HOA. Kelsie has been a leader in the association management industry as well as an educator, and speaker, often partnering with local title companies providing continuing education credits for Oregon Realtors.

Kelsie graduated from Oregon State University in 1996 with a BS in Liberal Studies, where she focused her studies on pre-law, additionally serving as an Aid to a local City Attorney and working in Risk Management.
