Diane Houston, CCAM, CAMEx has been in the community management field for over 30 years with The Management Trust and received her California certification in 1995.  Ms. Houston is the Director of Management Practices for all divisions of The Management Trust and is a member of the Trust’s Leadership team.  In her Director role, she and her team develop education and management practice standards for the entire Trust.  She works with the leadership of all nine divisions to ensure consistent implementation of these practices throughout Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado.

She served on the California Association of Community Managers’ (CACM) Board of Directors for 15 years and is a member of the CACM faculty.  Diane is past Chair of the CACM Legal Advisory Steering Committee, has been a speaker for CAI and CACM programs and is a two-time recipient of CACM’s Vision Award for Excellence in Education.
