Grace Paluck, CMCA CamEx, CCAM is the Executive Vice President.  Grace joined The Management Trust- Desert Division (then Monarch Management Group) in December 1997 as the Assistant to the Division President which included supporting him on two clients at PGA West.  She quickly found that she enjoyed the management side of the business and became an Assistant Manager to multiple accounts in 1998.  In 2001 she became a Portfolio Manager and earned her CCAM (Certified Community Association Manager), through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), designation in July 2001. She also holds her CamEx (Community Association Management Executive) certification through CACM.  In 2018, she was promoted to Division Executive Vice President.  This position is well-suited to Grace because she enjoys helping people.  In her role, she’s actively involved in assisting Board members as well as her team to provide the hospitality experience to all.

 

She has been active in the Coachella Valley Chapter of CAI for many years.  She was selected as the Association Manager of the Year for the chapter in 2008; in 2010, she was awarded the Volunteer of the Year and in 2014, she received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
