Corporate Vice President of Specialty Services

As The Trust’s Corporate Vice President of Specialty Services, Kelsie Roper guides the centralized ancillary service departments, which expand our management offerings and add value to our client relationships. Kelsie also serves as the executive liaison for internal committees, which enhance the knowledge and skills of employee-owners Trust wide. Management Best Practices, Corporate Marketing & Communications, and the ESOP Committee among them. With a commitment to organizational health, Kelsie has the pleasure of joining Bill Sasser in ushering Trust talent through an annual immersive training known as the “CEO (Champion Employee Owners) Program.”

Kelsie obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from Oregon State University in 1996. Thereafter, she spent time as a Legal Assistant for a City Attorney and as an Assistant Risk Manager for a multi-specialty medical clinic. Kelsie got her start with The Management Trust in 2005 by providing consulting services to developers, assisting them in forming associations for the communities they build. Eventually, Kelsie became the Oregon Division President and served in that position for several years until the creation of her current role. While Kelsie’s eclectic background and twenty years of experience with The Trust uniquely qualify her for the Corporate Vice President position, her drive is fueled by her passion for supporting and developing the talented and dynamic employee-owners of The Trust.
