Director of Customer Compliance 

Christie Forbes has been an Employee Owner since June 2004, progressing through a series of increasing responsible positions culminating in her current role as Director of Customer Compliance. Christie is responsible for teams that manage our transactional ownership transfers, monitoring of delinquent owner accounts, and front facing customer support. Her position ensures that her teams stay compliant with the ever-changing state and Federal regulations surrounding collection activity, escrow processing disclosures, and timelines, and aggregates the information to ensure an ease in reporting and management of these processes to our clients.With over 20 years of experience, her vast background includes Accounts Receivable, Collections, Escrow, HR and Operations functions, Christie brings a plethora of leadership values to the table. She is a long time champion of our Employee Owner promise serving on the CEO, Chairman’s Circle, ESOP, Marketing and Social Media Committees not only for Southern California but throughout The Management Trust. Her innate drive to motivate others by emphasizing the importance of developing a collaborative and encouraging work environment while playing a key role in the daily experience and wellbeing of new and existing homeowners, Board of Director and fellow Employee Owners. Christie is actively involved in community outreach: Member of the OC Chapter of ChildHelp and a regular volunteer at RMHC. Lastly, she has attained her CAFM designation from CACM, a proud nominee for the CACM Vision Award for Leadership in 2019 and received the Executive Award in 2011 and 2012, the highest honor at The Management Trust.
