Damian has been with The Management Trust since August 2018. His professional achievements include 17 years in Hospitality with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company predominantly in its highly customer-focused food and beverage operations, including Director of Food and Beverage of The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage where he also served as General Manager of The Edge Steakhouse. He has the following professional qualifications: Bachelor of Arts in Leisure, Tourism and Recreation Management; Higher National Diploma in Leisure Studies; General National Vocational Qualification in Leisure and Tourism Certified by LCGI – Licentiateship of the City and Guilds Institution of London.
A proud and patriotic Welshman, Damian hails from Britain’s Smallest City – St. David’s in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. In his free time, he enjoys working out, spending time with his family, camping, playing pool, watching rugby and American football, travelling and giving back to the community. Most recently he joined the Board of Directors for Desert Arc – a non-profit organization that has been providing opportunities for people with disabilities for over 60 years. Damian is also an Ambassador for the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce.
He loves the fact that he has the opportunity to work with and meet such amazing talented people from the various Divisions throughout The Management Trust, in addition to his team at the California Desert Division. Damian, like many of us, believes that The Management Trust is a very special place to work because our company culture promotes building strong relationships and taking great care of our internal and external customers as well as giving back to the community.
