Division President – Oregon

Sara joined the Oregon Division of The Management Trust in 2009 as a Community Association Manager and has since held various leadership roles, ultimately becoming the Division President in 2025. With a focus on supporting Developer clients, Sara’s extensive experience includes executive positions that have shaped the success of the Division. She holds a Master’s degree and is an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), where she has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations.

Always committed to ongoing professional development, Sara seeks out new opportunities to deepen her industry knowledge. Her expertise in organization and process implementation has greatly benefited the Division, and she is passionate about training and developing staff. Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cooking.
